Logan's 12th entry Print E-mail

It's been a while since we've heard from The Pink Pounder. But Logan Clark checks back in after his loss last weekend at Havoc at the Hyatt 2. In case you missed it, Clark suffered a cut above his left eye and the doctor stopped the fight against Anthony Smith.

Clark is now 15-5 as a professional mixed martial artist.

Here is Clark's 12th blog entry:

SATURDAY, JUNE 26

I am currently rocking out to Queen's greatest hits, while heading to the Boundary Waters (Clark submitted this entry earlier this week), so as disappointed as I am with the result of my bout, it is pretty difficult to stay angry for long.

I'm sure I'll still be angry when I wander back out of the woods. But at least I can put things in perspective.

I will be spending the rest of the week kayaking and fishing in some unknown area, but for now I am just appreciating Gooseberry Falls for the 20th time.

These vacations are pretty standard for me after Summer fights. If I am going to try to make a living in such a stressful manner, it is wise to take advantage of the very open schedule to the best of my ability.

I have a few fairly good videos of my last fight, and it is a pretty terrible feeling to have my career briefly sidetracked by the mistakes of others.

I've got another fight schedule for Oct. 15, and I might return for another Vivid MMA show in September.

But for now I am going to take a well deserved break since I need the time to heal anyway.

Thanks to everyone who came out. Thanks to my sponsor, NE Social in Minneapolis.

And, of course, thanks to Vivid MMA for giving me another opportunity to showcase my skills.

Peace!
